Processing Times

For Prints

Processing time varies between 1-4 weeks (this does not include shipping times). We endeavor to keep a small inventory ready for shipment, however this is not always possible due to storage. Please contact us if you have a delivery deadline and we will attempt to accommodate this. Please contact us before ordering.

For Original Artworks

Processing time varies between 1-3 weeks (this does not include shipping times). This time is required to package framed pieces so that they may reach their destination in perfect condition. Unframed works can usually be shipped within 5 business days providing they don’t require special heavy duty packaging.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary according to destination and method shipped (see shipping methods for details). All work is posted from Australia and usual arrives within 5-21 business days.

Shipping Methods

All prints and unframed originals are shipped flat unless their size prevents this method, in which case they are shipped wrapped inside a postal tube. They are shipped using Australia Post Pack & Track method and you will receive tracking information upon shipment which can be followed online.
PLEASE NOTE: You may be subject to taxes, duties and/or customs on your order. Purchasers are responsible for duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country. We will not forge international customs documentation to avoid these charges. The details of the artistic contents will however be discreet. We simply state “Art Print” or “Art Original” on such forms.  

Original artworks will be posted with tracking and insurance and in certain cases via courier. They will require a signature upon delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact us immediately if any damage has occurred during the shipping process. We require photographs detailing the damage sustained before providing a refund less shipping costs. These photos will also be presented this to our shipping provider.

If you wish to exchange a print for a different print you have 7 days to notify us and arrange return shipment of the print which must be returned undamaged, using an equivalent method of packaging and shipping at your own cost – proof of shipment and tracking must be provided. Our return address will be provided within the packaging of your order. Please contact us if you cannot locate it. If the print arrives damaged due to poor/incorrect shipping. No refund or exchange shall be given.

If the exchange print is of a higher value/shipping rate than the original, the difference plus the cost of shipment must be paid before shipping of the new artwork can take place.

Similarly, if you wish to return a print, it must be shipped back undamaged in a bend proof envelope or protected tube at your own cost – proof of shipment and tracking must be provided.
The original cost of the print minus shipping costs will be refunded in full upon receipt of the undamaged print. Our return address will be provided within the packaging of your order. Please contact us if you cannot locate it.

We cannot provide refunds or exchanges on original art, these are custom one of a kind pieces and unable to be re-created or replaced. All purchases of original artworks, framed or otherwise are final. 

Payment Methods

PayPal and Credit Cards accepted – you do not need a PayPal account to pay via credit card.
